On 28.08.2023 Outreach Programme regarding “Basics of Photoshop” in Government Middle School, Pudhupet totally 25 students were participated and was conducted by Mrs. Navya, Asst.Prof in the Department of BCA.

• Cropping

On basics of cropping, she explained how to remove unwanted parts of an image and crop it?

• Rotating

Concerning rotation, she elaborated how to change the orientation of an image and rotate it to the left or right?

Then she explained about what and which kind of tools that we have to use for it. Finally, students have clarified their doubts by asking questions and the suggestions were given by Mrs.Navya.

OUTREACH – 7 (28.02.2023)

On 28.02.2023 Outreach program about “Settings of Cookies” in government Middle School, Pudupet was conducted by Mrs.E.Navya, Department of BCA explained to the students how to delight unwanted images, videos and messages which is displayed while searching in Google.

On 18-02-2022 at 5-6pm we have conducted an outreach program about “Google Calendar” in Krishna Tutition centre at Thandrampet. Mrs.A.Tamilselvi, Asst.Prof, Department of BCA explained to the students how to use Google Calendar, how to create an event with notification and reminder message about Google Calendar.

On 06.07.2019, Outreach programme was conducted by BCA department, with the help of BCA students from 2nd and 3rd year accompanied by a faculty member Mrs.Tamilselvi., Asst.prof of BCA. The objective of this event was to create good computer knowledge into our bright young minds. This one-day program was very useful in terms of sharing the knowledge to the students. Totally 16 students from Periyar Nagar Village, Chengam. Our department students took classes for them. The participants names are,

The student’s team divided their class into two sessions. In first session dealt with orientation about Microsoft office and how to work Microsoft office like opening, closing, and style list of the text. In the second session implemented the above operation in Microsoft office. The student’s teams and lecturers were happy with the initiation of our students. The school students also felt happy and shared their good feedback.
