Department of physics has conducted a National webinar on NANO TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATIONS” by Dr.SARASWATHY from Vellore Institute of Technology[VIT] work in centre for functional materials. She was proving enough to announce that she is passed out student of our own college.
She explained about:
i )What is nanotechnology?
Ii )Properties of nanotechnology
iii) Different kinds of applications and
iv) How Nanotechnology is used in various fields like industry, medicine ,agriculture etc.
V) And finally she explained about future perspectives of nanotechnology.
Principal Sister appreciated her for the vast knowledge about nanotechnology and the simplified way of explanation given by her and also told her to come to our college and motivate the students to do their research works in the field.
As a whole this seminar paved the way to know more about nanotechnology and also to clear their doubts.
